The brochure presents the key activities and results of the IPA project ERA-MIN_RO-SRB, with a particular focus on expert workshops, participation in international conferences, and the strengthening of scientific cooperation in the cross-border region of Serbia and Romania. Special emphasis is placed on the project workshop held in Timișoara, which brought together Serbian and Romanian experts and enabled the exchange of preliminary monitoring results and the improvement of environmental risk assessment methodologies. The brochure also highlights the project team’s participation in the 56th International October Conference on Mining and Metallurgy, as well as the active involvement of the Serbian team in the 5th National Symposium “Calitatea – un atu pentru viitor”, where joint scientific papers and project results were presented. Through these activities, the project significantly contributes to the visibility of its results, the strengthening of institutional cooperation, and the advancement of environmental protection in mining regions.
